Bill of Materials
Log Fertigation enhancements
🧠 Bill of Materials (BOM) - Now available via AI Form Builder!
You asked, we built it. The AI Form Builder just got an upgrade for anyone building Bill of Materials (BOMs)!
You can now:
Create custom BOM templates, including labour and non cannabis inputs.
Apply BOM to batch or lot inventories; the BOM is automatically included in the Master Batch Record.
Select actual supply lots when building BOMs, allowing for accurate production cost tracking.
Automatically calculate costs and quantity totals based on selected inputs.
Print clean, well-formatted BOMs for review, QA, or PDF export.
🧪 Try it out! From the AI Form Builder page ask the AI to "create a BOM for a THC sour peach gummy" (or anything you like!). You’ll get ingredient table with real system data — and you can fill it out anywhere Create Activity Log is available!

🌟 Log Fertigation - Improvement to Rooms functionality
Log Fertigation just got smarter!
You no longer need to manually calculate supply amounts for each batch when fertigating by room.
Now, GrowerIQ automatically splits the total supply amount based on plant count per batch — so your nutrients, fertilizers, and pH additives are pro-rated across all selected batches.
Here’s what’s new:
Supply amounts are distributed automatically based on batch size.
Supply lots are pulled using FIFO, only using approved & non-expired inventory.
Activities like Plant Add Fertilizer and Consumable Lot Use Items are recorded per batch, giving you complete traceability.
The Master Batch Record (MBR) is updated to avoid duplication and ensure compatibility with this new method.
No more notes. No more guesswork. Just accurate fertigation, batch by batch.
