Enhancements

Simplified UI with updated display of Activity Log title and uploaded Document Name in the Activity Log section

We are improving the Activity Log section so that you can find information quickly. Click on “Create Activity Log”, inform a title and attach a document.

The title of the activity and the document name with the file extension will be displayed directly in the Activity Log section.

More powerful CSV Reports, including more fields

When you download a CSV Report from the Batch, Lots, and Lot Items list you will see that some fundamental information has been added. We have added columns for the Quantity, State, and Room data.

Match your process and Create Samples for Mothers

Now you can create samples from a mother plant.

We have included the activity “Create Sample” on the Mothers page, just like we already had on batch pages.

We've gone even more global - German Translation available!

We have clients from all over the world and the list of countries is increasing! That’s why we have translated GrowerIQ into German. It is also available in English, Spanish, French, and Portuguese.

Smaller labels size - numbered labels help identify plants individually

We have added two new small label sizes, which can be used to identify individual mothers, or label unique plants!

Template size: 0.78” x 3.93” (10 cm x 2 cm)

Template size: 0.5” x 3” (1.27cm x 7.62 cm)

Set the option to number the labels before printing them:

To make navigation even more intuitive we updated the Menu UI

To give you a more user-friendly experience while navigating through the menu we have included colored icons and removed the "Overview" sub-items. Just click on the category names and the overview page will be directly showed in there.

SKU ID included in the SKU list page

If you have an e-commerce platform like WooCommerce and Shopify you might need the SKU IDs to link your products with GrowerIQ. To simplify your search we have added a SKU ID column the SKU page list.

Enhanced process flexibility - move final batch production to an existing lot

When a final batch has been approved in the QA review you can now choose whether you want to move it to a "New lot" or to a "Previously created lot". Just select the existing lot from the list displayed.

Improved Create Lot Items Performance

Creating a thousand lot items is no longer a pain: our team has refactored the code and optimized the process significantly reducing the process time several minutes to a few seconds!

Source Lot Number field added to received supplies

Now you can add the source lot number when receiving a supply. This will help you track any supply and know where they have been used in case they cause.

We have also squashed a few bugs 🐛…

Fixes we have implemented:

  • Batches, inventory, and supply items with the same ID are no longer getting mixed in the Activity Log section.

  • Adding supplies to batches, mothers, and lots will no longer trigger an error message.

  • Customer and order details such as account name and address are now correctly displayed in the recall.

  • The inventory list download is now working even if an inventory ID has been included in the filter.

  • Headers are now always visible and displaying notifications for new activities assigned to a user.

  • Inventory products older than 2 year are now also taken into account in HCR

  • Activities that requires an e-signature will no longer show individuals from other organizations, just the ones from the selected organization.

  • Double clicking on "Advance stage" are no longer advancing twice a stage.

  • Used supplies were not being correctly displayed in the Activity log and Batch record. The correct data is now being displayed.

  • While transferring an inventory to an existing batch will now load the batch list correctly.

  • Lot items created will now be displayed correctly in the Warehouse overview and be available to fill orders.

  • Error message while sending a batch to processor has been fixed

  • The lack of SKU or the ID variety while creating lot items in a bulk has been fixed. The data are now being informed.

  • In the batch page, the "Stage" filter is now also including the "Final Extraction" stage.

  • Missing information in the Activity Log details for the "Shipping to Processor" activity such as the account name and signatures have been added.

Coming Soon: Editing Activities ✏️

We know errors happen and you might want to correct the data you have logged into the system. You will soon have the ability to edit and delete some specific activities directly in the Activity Log section as well select the date when an activity has been completed using a date-picker.

We will start with a few common editable activities and expand to include more flexibility across the system.

You are part of our creative process we really appreciate that! 🥰
