Control Quality your way, with optional Lot Approval requirement
You now have the ability to take samples directly from LOTS and have the option to approve these lots prior to packaging (just like you already do with batches).
You can choose whether you want to enable this new functionality in the Organization Settings page (it will start disabled by default):
“Create Sample” and “Lot Review” activities directly on the Lot page:
Improved usability of User Roles settings with enhanced filtering
On the “User Roles” screen, when looking for a specific module, just type the name on the new filter we have introduced and you will be able to quickly locate the information you are looking for.
Example: type “lot” on the filter and you will be able to view only modules names that have “lot” in their names.
The first step to let you change your own records!
We know mistakes happen and you may need to adjust the data you just logged in the system. “Create activity log” is the first of a series of data auto-adjustments we will be implementing for you.
If you just logged an activity but want to edit the information or delete the activity just click on the actions button available on the right side of the row.
A modal with the data you had logged and the file uploaded (in case you uploaded one) will be displayed. Feel free to edit anything in there!
You can also delete the activity. Make sure you provide a reason for modification:
Any modification will be listed in the Activity Log section for tracking purposes.

Fixes we have implemented:
Fixed Error message while adding a new user;
Active users that had their status as “Disabled” even though they were active and logged in are now being correctly displayed as “Active”;
The missing source batch ID on the Lot details page has been included;
The Activity Log tab content loading time has been improved.

Why open tickets to request adjustments and have to wait when you can do them by yourself right away? That’s right, a series of self-adjustment features are on the way!
Our team is working hard to enhance system flexibility: you will soon be able to make adjustments by yourself like reverting destruction and backdating activities. Stay tuned for future updates!
