✨New Feature✨
Integrations Page
You can now easily view and request integrations available in GrowerIQ. Currently, we can integrate with WooCommerce, Shopify, and QuickBooks.
Each integration offers its own form of automatic synchronization:
WooCommerce: Push and receive new SKUs (products) and new orders, push SKU quantity updates, and receive order status updates, all automatically.
Shopify: Push and receive new SKUs (products) and new orders, push SKU quantity updates, and receive order status updates, all automatically.
QuickBooks: Automatically push new CRM accounts and new invoices.
Go to Administration > Integrations to get started with an integration request.
Minor Improvements
The Greenhouse module has been renamed to Cultivation & Processing to better reflect its purpose.
You can now edit a user's name and user role in addition to their job title.
When receiving inventory, the product type drop-down menu is now sorted and filters as you type into the field.
A new set of permissions for user roles has been added to give control over access to the Rooms page (Cultivation & Processing > Rooms).
Added a "Variety" column and filter to the Batch Listing page.
The Prune Plants and Defoliate Plants activities are now also available to batches in the Propagation stages, as well as to mother plants.
When backdating an activity, both the effective date and the actual log date are now displayed.
Bugfixes 🔧
CRM Orders
Fixed a bug on the Orders page that caused the displayed total and subtotal to be off when more than 19 line items were in the order (Reports unaffected).
Added suite/apartment number to CRM invoices, which was previously missing.
Batches
Resolved an issue that caused batches generated from a merge to sometimes have an invalid batch plan.
When using the Send/Receive From Processor functionality on a batch, some properties did not update until the page was refreshed. This has been fixed.
Fixed a bug that caused the Room Sensor display on batch pages to always state that no sensor was connected.
Minor bugfixes for filters on the Rooms page (Cultivation & Processing > Rooms).
CAPAs and Deviation Reports
Fixed a bug that prevented a CAPA from being linked to any entities once it was elevated (initiated).
The Deviation Reports page no longer misses any existing reports.
CAPAs linked to deviation reports now properly appear in them.
Other minor Deviation Report bugfixes.
Health Canada Report
Resolved an issue where Sift, Terpene, and Biomass inventory changes were being recorded under the wrong classification in the Health Canada Report.
Resolved an issue where the creation of clones from mother plant batches was not reflected in the Health Canada Report's Vegetative Cannabis Class section.
Other Fixes
When a Lot Review is completed, the uploaded document now properly appears in the lot's Documents tab and activity log entry.
Fixed the filters, page navigation buttons, and quantity displays on the SKU Listing page.
Destruction Reports now include company information and a specific statement of cannabis regulations in the header.
Fixed the Units Per Package information displayed for received inventory.
Various minor fixes for information displayed in different Activity Logs.
Fixed a bug that sometimes caused the app to crash when using the scanner.
