The destruction queue allows you to manage items you will destroy or have already destroyed.

Queuing an Item for Destruction
To destroy inventory from plants, batches, lots, lot items, or received inventory, go to the item's page and click Queue for Destruction.
For example, to destroy some inventory from a lot, go to Warehouse > Lots > [lot id], then click Queue for Destruction and specify the quantity details.
This will remove the specified quantity from the lot and add it to the Destruction Queue, allowing you to manage it from there.
Managing the Destruction Queue
Go to QA > Destruction. Three tabs are listed.
Queue Tab
This tab displays all items queued up for destruction. You can use the ID and variety fields to filter the list.
Destroying Queued Items
Go to QA > Destruction.
To destroy a single item, find it in the list and click 🗑 Destroy in the last column.
To destroy multiple items, select the checkbox of each one and click 🗑 Destroy above the list.
A modal appears where you specify the following information before completing the destruction:
Method of Destruction: The dropdown menu is populated with destruction methods you've added to your site.
Destruction Date: The date the item was physically destroyed. The earliest date you can select is the date the item was added to the destruction queue.
Signatures: Two witnesses are required to complete the destruction. Select each user from the list and have them enter their password to sign off on it.
When you click Submit, the item is destroyed and will appear under the History tab.
Dequeuing Items
Go to QA > Destruction.
When you dequeue an item, it is added back to the source it came from.
To dequeue a single item, find it in the list and click × Dequeue in the last column.
To dequeue multiple items, select the checkbox of each one and click × Dequeue above the list.
Queued Item Properties
Go to QA > Destruction.
Click the item ID in the list to open its properties. From there, you can view its properties and perform actions on it:
Go to Source: The source that the item came from is displayed at the top-right of the page. Click the ID to go to the properties page of the source.
Activity Log: Click the corresponding button to manually log an activity. You can view all activities, both manually and automatically logged, under the Activity Log tab at the bottom of the page.
Print Label: Click the corresponding button to print a label for the queued item. Only destruction type labels are shown in the dropdown menu.
Move Rooms: Click the corresponding button to assign the queued item to a different room. The move is automatically added to the activity log.
History Tab
Go to QA > Destruction.
This tab displays all items that have been destroyed. You can use the ID and variety fields to filter the list.
Undoing Destructions
To undo a single destruction, find the item in the list and click ⟲ Revert Destruction in the last column.
To undo multiple destructions, select the checkbox of each destroyed item and click ⟲ Revert Destruction above the list.
A modal appears where you specify the following information before the destruction is undone:
Reason: Type the reason for undoing the destruction.
Witnesses: Two witnesses are required to undo the destruction. Select each user from the list and have them enter their password to sign off on it.
When you click Confirm, the item is undestroyed and goes back to the Queue tab.
Reports Tab
Go to QA > Destruction.
This tab lists the reports generated for each destroyed item.
Viewing and Printing a Report
Find the item in the list and click ⓘ in the last column. This displays a report detailing the item's properties and its destruction.
To print the report, click 🖶 (Print) at the top-right corner of the page.
