CRM Account Types

The type you choose for a CRM Account affects:

  • Which activity the partner can be selected for (such as receiving inventory or collecting lab results).

  • What information you need to provide about them.

  • What a sales order's type will be (wholesale, intra-industry, etc.) when selected as the recipient.

    • And consequently, which SKUs can be added to the sales order. Only SKUs whose sales class matches the order's type can be added to it.

Here are the account types:

Caregiver information can be associated with this kind of account.

For dispensaries.

Wholesale

Distributor

For wholesalers.

Wholesale

License Holder

For processors. Can be chosen as a recipient of sales orders and for processing jobs (when working through the drying, distilling, or extracting stage of certain batch plans).

Intra-Industry

Recreational Consumer

For any non-patient individual you directly ship to.

Recreational

Researcher

For any R&D facility you ship to.

Intra-Industry

Supplier

For any facility you receive inventory or supplies from.

(Cannot sell to supplier)

Lab

For any facility you send samples to for QA testing

(Cannot sell to lab)
